I went to church this morning (oh Episcopalians! I missed you!).. and there was a street fair outside.
Two of my favorite things in the world! Church AND street fairs!
In listening to the scripture where Jesus gives the two greatest commandments (1, love God, 2, love your neighbor), I was thinking about what he said before the giving the second; "and the second is like it." I wonder if the second is like it not because they both say to love, but if loving your neighbor is a way you love God. Makes sense today.
I met four people today, separately, who I'll probably never see again but brightened up my day and I'm better for knowing.
Now I'm off to Sarah Lawrence briefly. Wheee!
